The policy of Sports Academy Swish Team Derek Fisher Basketball & Team Derek Fisher is to issue no refunds after a player has played in a sanctioned game or practice or skill evaluation or has been assigned to a team.  Any fees that are paid to Team Derek Fisher/Derek Fisher Be Better Foundation, Inc. are non-refundable.  Any monthly program fees that are paid to Team Derek Fisher/Derek Fisher Be Better Foundation, Inc. are non-refundable and the player/parent are obligated to finish the 6-month season commitment to the program under any circumstances unless agreed upon by the organization to settle otherwise.   Due to the pandemic, there is always the possibility the season may need to be abbreviated, paused, or canceled.  In the event of any type of closure due to the pandemic, Team Derek Fisher/Derek Fisher Be Better Foundation will communicate an updated policy. Uniforms and gear will not be able to be returned despite any closures therefore the cost of gear of any kind will not be refunded.

 

By purchasing any of our services you have acknowledge reading and understanding this amendment to my Player-Parent Contract with Sports Academy Swish Team Derek Fisher Girls’ Basketball & Team Derek Fisher and have agreed to adhere to these expectations described in this contract.
