Program Rules & Player Policies
Players:

Maintain at least a 3.0 GPA at all times.

All practices are required. Please contact your coach if your player must be absent.

Be on time for practice and games.

Playing time is not guaranteed, it is earned by attendance, work ethic, attitude, and ability. All playing time will be determined by the acting coach.

All players are to treat teammates, opposing team (players, coaches, fans) and coaches with respect and courtesy. Behaviors that put other players and coaches down, profanity, or demonstration of lack of self-control (throwing a ball, shoving, etc.) will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the team.

Have a good attitude with teammates, coaches, and referees.

Encourage your teammates.

Work hard at all times.

LISTEN and FOLLOW all instructions given by coaches and referees.

Any concerns you have with the basketball program need to be addressed with a coach at an appropriate time and place. You can schedule an appointment with us any time.
As a player on this team, the player agrees to abide by these expectations described in this contract.

Parents/Guardians:

Parents/Guardians are required to pay all fees on time. Any fees that are paid to Team Derek Fisher/Derek Fisher Be Better Foundation, Inc. are non-refundable. Any monthly program fees that are paid to Team Derek Fisher/Derek Fisher Be Better Foundation, Inc. are non-refundable and the player/parent are obligated to finish the 6-month season commitment to the program under any circumstances unless agreed upon by the organization to settle otherwise.

Behaviors that put other parents, players and coaches down, profanity, or demonstration of lack of self-control will not be tolerated and may result in your child’s dismissal from the team.

By committing to any one of our basketball club programs you acknowledge that you have read and agreed with all policies and rules of this Player-Parent Contract.
